2. Our Services

Kinetix Fitness Club provides gym membership services, fitness training, personal training, group fitness classes, fitness assessments, member access services, and related wellness services through our physical branches and digital platforms.

Available services, facilities, packages, prices, discounts, class schedules, and branch operating hours may change from time to time based on business requirements, branch capacity, maintenance, public holidays, and management decisions.

3. Membership Registration

  • Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • The member is responsible for updating contact details, emergency contact details, and any relevant health or fitness information.
  • Membership is personal to the registered member and cannot be transferred without prior approval from Kinetix Fitness Club.
  • Kinetix Fitness Club reserves the right to verify member identity before activating or renewing a membership.

4. Payments

  • Payments may be accepted through cash, bank transfer, online card payments, approved payment gateways, QR payments, or other methods made available by Kinetix Fitness Club.
  • Online payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. Kinetix Fitness Club does not store complete card details on its website or app.
  • Membership activation, renewal, or service confirmation may be subject to successful payment verification.
  • Prices, taxes, gateway charges, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice unless a specific offer validity period is stated.

5. Membership Usage and Access

  • Members must follow branch rules, safety instructions, access card rules, trainer guidance, and equipment usage guidelines.
  • Kinetix Fitness Club may restrict access for expired memberships, unpaid dues, misuse of access credentials, misconduct, unsafe behavior, or breach of gym rules.
  • Members are expected to use equipment responsibly, re-rack weights, avoid damage to property, and respect other members and staff.
  • Branch access may depend on the package purchased and the current access policy of Kinetix Fitness Club.

6. Personal Training and Classes

  • Personal training sessions and group classes may be subject to trainer availability, booking rules, session validity, and branch capacity.
  • Missed sessions, late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows may be handled according to the applicable package conditions and branch policy.
  • Personal training packages are not automatically transferable to another person unless approved by management.

7. Health and Safety

Members are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate in gym activities, exercise programs, personal training, and classes. If a member has any medical condition, injury, physical limitation, or health concern, the member should seek medical advice before exercising and inform the trainer where necessary.

Kinetix Fitness Club, its staff, and trainers are not liable for injuries, health issues, or losses arising from misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, undisclosed medical conditions, or negligent behavior by the member.

8. Website/App Account Security

  • Members are responsible for keeping login credentials, OTPs, and account access secure.
  • Members must not share portal access, membership QR codes, access cards, or account credentials with others.
  • Kinetix Fitness Club may suspend accounts where misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access is suspected.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, seasonal discounts, referral rewards, upgrade offers, renewal discounts, and special packages are subject to specific eligibility conditions and validity periods. Kinetix Fitness Club reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, or withdraw promotional benefits where misuse, duplicate claims, or system errors are identified.

10. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website, app, payment pages, and member portal available and accurate. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or continuous availability. Kinetix Fitness Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our website, app, services, or facilities.
